A shop window is like a miniature theatre: a defined space that contains a fictional universe. This project proposes a device that invites viewers to dwell on the fictional potential of reality.
Standing on either side of the shop window, one simultaneously becomes both performer and spectator. The shop window becomes a screen through which to observe and interpret a place and its reality—from outside to inside, and vice versa.
